The small town Lubań with approx. 22,000 inhabitants is situated on the northern slope of the Jizera Mountains and on the left bank of Kwisa. One of the places of interest in this town is the Renaissance town hall located at the Market Square. Beyond that, it’s worth visiting the Krämer-tower and the medieval town center which has been gorgeously rehabilitated recently. A tour on the promenades along the old town wall or a side-trip to the historic churches complete the visit in Lubań.
